IBTechSolutions follows a very specific project development procedure when setting your website. It is important for you to understand our process, so you can follow the progress of your website.

Phase I – Contract Development & Signing
The initial phase of the project process includes the development of the contract, project timeline, expectations, site flow and scope of work.  Once all of these items have been developed, IBTechSolutions meets with the client to review these items and sign the contract. The initial payment is due at this time.

Phase II – Purchasing & Project Plan Development
Once the contract is signed, IBTechSolutions will make the initial purchase of any necessary website elements or components such as the domain name, SSL or a payment processor. In addition, our staff we develop a more detailed project plan based on the expectations and scope of work agreed upon in Phase I. IBTechSolutions will review this project plan with you to ensure that all elements of the website development have been covered.

Phase III – Design & Programming
Upon your approval of the project plan, we will begin the actual development of your website. If a custom design is desired, IBTechSolutions will work with you and our graphic designers to develop a layout that is just right for your organization and then proceed to programming the website. If a template is preferred, programming will begin as soon as the template is selected. Once the design is approved, the second payment for the project is due.

Your website will first be programmed for FireFox 3 and reviewed for proper functionality and design layout. Once you website is operational in this web browser, it will then be programmed for Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Safari 3, Opera 9 and any other browsers specified in the contract. At the end of the programming, you will have an opportunity to review the site on all browsers to ensure it meets your specifications

Phase IV – Project Close-Out
Once you have approved the functionality and design of your site, we will ask you to sign-off on the completion of the website. At this time, the final payment for the website development is due.

IBTechSolutions will provide training on how to use the content management system and control panel so you can take charge of your site.
