- Go to Yahoo!® Local to create a listing on Yahoo Local listing account
- Click on Sign Up – The Basic Listing is free.
- On the next page, login to your Yahoo account or click on Sign Up in the lower right hand corner to create a new account.
- Step 1: Listing Details
- Account Contact Information - First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone
- Location Information – Business Name, Local Phone, Address, City, State, Zip, Website, Toll-Free Phone, Fax, Company Email, Additional Phone Numbers, Hours of Operation, Payment Methods Accepted
- Additional Information – Year Established, Languages Spoken, Brand Names Carried, Products & Services Offered, Professional Associations, Specials
Click Continue
- Step 2: Category Selection
- Select a Primary Master Category and a Sub-Category
- Select a Secondary Master Category and Sub-Category. You can add up to 4 secondary categories
Click Continue
- Step 3: Preview Local Listing
- Preview the listing and make any addition edits necessary
Click Submit
- Step 4: Confirm
- Confirm your listing following the directions to complete the submission to Yahoo!® Local.
