When we met with Dave Ricketts on 11 October 2007 and told him that we wanted out website up and running by 24 October, I was convinced that Dave would turn us down, because nobody can build a website in less than 2 weeks! Not only did he NOT turn us down, but he promised us that our website would be up and ready, and that he would assist us every step of the way.

At our first meeting, Dave gave us a brief training session in the program we would be using to build our website. It was decided that I would be the agency contact with IBTech Solutions as well as the on-site person building the pages. I have no background in building websites, and so I was a bit nervous about this experience, especially considering the short turn-around time. However, I discovered the program to be user-friendly, and with the assistance of the manual, an additional training session with Dave held on 17 October, and daily e-mail and phone contact with Dave offering technical assistance, we had a web presence as promised on 24 October!

With Dave’s guidance, our website continues to evolve, and we have had overwhelmingly positive comments from tutors, volunteers, board members, and others who have visited our site. The staff at Literacy Kansas City feels extremely fortunate that IBTech Solutions agreed to work with a small non-profit that had a big need! They have delivered everything on-time as promised, and Dave has been tremendously tolerant of my constant e-mails and phone calls, patiently answering every question and making certain that I understand everything that he tells me.

Within those seconds that site has to be not only pleasing to the eye but generate interest that will hold that persons attention and want to go look at more. Your work in doing that for my business has led to our continued growth in a very competitive business as video gaming.

Since our first meeting your staff has been involved in the implementation of switching our previous site over to your web hosting company and having felt the anticipation of change your staff made the transition as seamless as possible.
