To import you e-mail to Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird:

1. Click on the Tools menu.
2. Click on E-mail Accounts (or Account Settings, click on the E-mail Accounts tab).
3. Click on New.
4. Select the POP3 or IMAP  option the click Next.
5. Select the option to manually configure the server settings and click Next.
6. Select the Internet E-mail options and click Next.
7. Enter your User Information as requested.
8. Enter the Server Information:
   Account Type:  Select from POP3 or IMAP. IMAP will leave your e-mail on the mail server and show it on your mail editor of choice. POP3 send you e-mail to your mail editor and remove it from the server completely.
   Incoming mail server:  mail.ibtswebhosting.com
   Outgoing mail server:  mail.ibtswebhosting.com
9. Enter  the Logon Information:
   User Name:  Enter your e-mail address
   Password:  Enter your password.
10. Click on More Settings:
    Outgoing Server Tab:  Check my outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. 
11. Click OK.
12. Click Next.
13. Click Finish.
